§ 21-47. I-1 Light industrial.

(a)

Future land use classification: Industrial.

(b)

The I-1 light industrial district is intended primarily for the manufacture of small articles and nonobjectionable products not involving the use of any materials, processes or machinery likely to cause undesirable effects upon nearby or adjacent business and residential property.

(c)

Additional development standards:

(1)

Development site shall be large enough to accommodate all required parking, stormwater management and other standards and facilities.
