§ 21-48. I-2 Heavy industrial.

(a)

Future land use classification: Industrial.

(b)

The I-2 heavy industrial district is intended primarily for manufacturing, or the use of processes or machinery having the potential to cause undesirable effects upon nearby residential or business property.

(c)

Additional development standards:

(1)

Development site shall be large enough to accommodate all required parking, stormwater management and other standards and facilities.
