§ 21-46. C-4 General (heavy) commercial.

Future land use classification: Commercial—Retail.

(b)

The C-4 general business district is intended to provide locations for a combination of retail, wholesale, distribution and light manufacturing businesses that serve the entire City and markets beyond the City limits. In addition to large retail and service activities with outdoor storage, the district permits the manufacture of small articles and nonobjectionable products and limited production and processing operations. Generally, such districts are served by arterial and major collector streets.
