§ 19-152. Rate schedule for service customers outside city limits.

  • There is hereby established a rate schedule for customers of the city water and sewerage system outside the city limits which is on file in the city clerk's office.

    (1)

    Minimum monthly rates by meter size. Minimum monthly rates according to meter size shall be charged in accordance with the schedules on file in the city clerk's office. The minimum sewer (wastewater) rates shall be calculated in accordance with the minimum water gallonage and the applicable sewer (wastewater) rate which is on file in the city clerk's office.

    (2)

    Sewer tap inspection fee. The sewer tap inspection fee is on file in the city clerk's office.

    (3)

    Inspection, permit fee. The inspection and permit fee schedule for private wells and lake water irrigation systems is on file in the city clerk's office.

    (4)

    Industrial wastewater metering charges by meter size. Industrial wastewater metering charges by meter size are on file in the city clerk's office.

    (5)

    Collection charge. A monthly charge for collecting wastewater will be computed on the basis of an amount per thousand (1,000) gallons for out-of-city collection which is on file in the city clerk's office.

    (6)

    Surcharge on monthly water including but not limited to reuse water, if applicable, and sewer rates outside city limits. All water including but not limited to reuse water, if applicable, and/or sewer (wastewater) customers outside the boundaries of the city that receive water including but not limited to reuse water, if applicable, and/or sewer (wastewater) service from the city shall be charged a surcharge on the rates, fees, and charges established herein as more particularly set forth on schedule 1-R attached hereto which consists of inside city and outside city rates which is hereby incorporated in this section as if fully set forth herein on all water including but not limited to reuse water, if applicable, rates, and sewer rates, customer service charges, connection fees and tap fees, as authorized by F.S. ch. 180. Schedule 1-R shall also be on file in the city clerk's office.
