§ 9-99. Limitations on authority granted by license; assignment or transfer prohibited.

Any license issued under this article shall authorize only the one (1) type of sale described in the application at the location named therein, and such license shall authorize only the sale of goods described in the inventory attached to the application. No license issued hereunder shall be assignable or transferable.
