§ 9-98. Other requirements of licensee.

Applicants for licenses under this article shall:

(1)

File with the finance officer a full report of the disposition of all merchandise inventoried with the original application;

(2)

Pay all taxes due or owed to the city or to the county by such licensee, and present proof of such payment to the finance officer;

(3)

Present proof that such sale has been terminated within the licensed period; and

(4)

In the case of a close-out or going-out-of-business sale, present proof that the licensee has actually vacated such premises.
