§ 14-9. Incinerators.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful to burn refuse or garbage, except in approved incinerators. Owners or lessees of premises desiring to incinerate their refuse on their respective premises shall be permitted to do so, subject to the incinerator and its operation meeting all federal, state and local laws and regulations and having the written approval of the city fire chief.
