§ 14-8. Same—Hazardous waste.

The handling and discharge of all hazardous waste shall follow all applicable standards established by the county health department, the state and the United States Government. The city shall be available, upon request, to review procedures involving the handling and discharge of all hazardous waste to ensure that such disposal does not create any safety or health problems.
