§ 11-5. Juvenile curfew.

(a)

The city hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the provisions of F.S. §§ 877.20—877.25, as passed by the state legislature in 1994 and as may from time to time be amended by the state legislature.

(b)

The city's local juvenile curfew enacted pursuant to subsection (a) of this section, shall be effective within the corporate limits of the city.
