§ 9-301. Purpose and intent.

The purpose and intent of this article is to ensure that citizens of the city do not have to bear extraordinary costs for public safety arising out of nuisance and/or illegal conduct on the premises of privately operated businesses, entertainment facilities and events where such disturbances arise out of the operation of such businesses, entertainment facilities or events.
