§ 9-157. Filing prerequisite to issuance of business tax receipt.

This article shall not relieve any person from the payment of the business tax required in section 9-35. The city financial services director or his designee shall not issue to any person a business tax receipt for the classification of pawnbroker, junk dealer, or secondhand dealer until such person has received the permit required under this article and filed with the city financial services director or his designee the required permit fee.
