§ 9-130. Filing prerequisite to issuance of business tax receipt.

The financial services director or his designee shall not issue to any person a business tax receipt for the classification of fortuneteller, phrenologist, palmist, soothsayer or hypnotist until such person has received the permit required under this article and has filed with the financial services director or his designee the annual tax required by section 9-35.
