§ 9-96. Qualification for application.

No sales coming under the provisions of this article shall be advertised or permitted and no license shall be issued hereunder unless the owner of the business or stock of goods so advertised or being sold has conducted an established and licensed business operation in the sale of similar goods and merchandise at the same location as such advertised sale is to be held, for a period of at least six (6) months prior to the date of the proposed sale.
