§ 9-103. Renewal of license.

  • (a)

    The finance officer may renew a license for one (1) period of time only, such period to be in addition to the sixty (60) days permitted in the original license and not to exceed thirty (30) calendar days, Sundays and holidays included, but not to exceed a total of ninety (90) days for any one (1) application, when he finds:

    (1)

    That the licensee has filed an application for renewal which includes a revised inventory showing the items listed on the original inventory remaining unsold and not listing any goods not included in the original application and inventory.

    (2)

    That the licensee has complied with the terms and provisions of this article during the original sixty-day period.

    (b)

    For the purpose of this section, any application for a license under the provisions of this article covering any goods previously inventoried as required hereunder, shall be deemed to be an application for renewal, whether presented by the original applicant, or by any other person.
