§ 9-66. Additional requirements.

All owners or operators of carnivals and fairs desiring to operate a carnival or fair and for which business taxes are required by this Code shall be required to submit plans to the city outlining provisions to supply adequate parking, fire protection, police protection, and sanitary facilities for the number of persons anticipated for the scheduled operation of such carnival or fair. Such information is in addition to the information required on applications for issuance of a business tax receipt under this chapter.
