§ 9-1. Chain O'Lakes Baseball Facility; sale of tobacco products and smoking prohibited.

Definitions. As used in this section, the following terms shall have the meaning set forth below:

Chain O'Lakes Stadium means, collectively, the city owned stadium ballpark and all related facilities located on the land, and municipally owned vacant land adjacent to the stadium, all located in the general area of the 200 block of Cypress Gardens Blvd., S.W.

Tobacco products means and includes loose tobacco leaves and products made from tobacco leaves, which can be used for smoking, sniffing or chewing.

2.

The sale of tobacco products at, or on the premises of, Chain O'Lakes Stadium is hereby prohibited.
