§ 6-23. Fire safety reinspection fee imposed.

There is imposed in the City of Winter Haven, Florida a fire safety reinspection fee for uncorrected fire safety inspections conducted by the City of Winter Haven Fire Department during the pre-established inspection period. The fire safety reinspection fee shall be assessed against the property owner of an inspection site as set forth in Table 2 below.
