§ 6-3. Modifications, amendments, etc.

The fire code adopted and incorporated by reference in section 6-1 is modified as follows:

Section 1.05.1 Standard Fire Prevention Code section 1.05.1 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"There is hereby created a board of appeals and adjustment which shall be the City Development Special Magistrate, using the same entity for the fire code appeals and adjustments. The Development Special Magistrate in hearing such related fire code cases shall hold separate meetings on all matters related to the fire code. The fire official shall be the administrative staff representative to the Magistrate."

Section 603.11 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Dry standpipes shall not be permitted in any occupancy."
