§ 5-151. Short title, authority, and applicability.

(a)

This article shall be known and may be cited as the "City of Winter Haven Transportation/Road Impact Fee Ordinance."

(b)

The City Commission of the City of Winter Haven has the authority to adopt this article pursuant to Article VIII, Section 2(b) of the Florida Constitution and F.S. chs. 163 and 166.

(c)

The provisions of this article shall apply within the corporate limits of the City of Winter Haven as they now exist and as they may hereafter be amended by annexation.
