§ 5-126. Payment of Municipal Services Impact Fees.

Any person who seeks to develop land within the City of Winter Haven by applying for a Building Permit is hereby required to pay a Municipal Services Impact Fee relating to police, fire, library, and parks and recreation services in the manner and amount set forth in the schedule of impact fees contained in section 5-127 of this article. The Municipal Services Impact Fees shall be paid prior to receipt of a Building Permit, and shall be equal to the sum of the applicable police services and fire services impact fees for all Building Permit applications, plus the library and parks and recreation services impact fees when the complete submittal for a building permit is presented to the City for one (1) or more dwelling units.
