§ 5-111. Definition, building demolition contractor.

For the purpose and construction of this article, the term "contractor" as defined in Article I, Sec. 5-1(c) shall include "Building Demolition Contractor". Said building demolition contractor shall be subject to all general requirements of contractors under this chapter, in addition to the specific requirements set forth in this Article. However, the performance bond set forth in this Article shall be in lieu of the performance bond generally required under Sec. 5-6(d).
