§ 5-43. Modifications, amendments, deletions.

The plumbing code adopted and incorporated by reference in section 5-41 is modified as specified hereunder:
(a)

The building official is responsible for the enforcement of the plumbing code.

(b)

Delete sections 102.1 through 102.2.4, 102.6, and 108.1 through 108.5.2.
