The Standard Building Code 1994 edition, as published by the Southern Building Code
Congress International, Inc. including appendices A, D, E and M, is hereby adopted
and incorporated by reference as the building code of the city, subject to and including,
by references, such additions and amendments that may be adopted by the city by ordinance.
