§ 21-51. CN Conservation.

(a)

Future land use classification: Conservation.

(b)

The purpose of this district is to preserve the proper functioning of natural resources, such as wetlands, floodplains, and groundwater recharge areas. Certain agricultural uses are also permitted in this district.

(c)

Additional regulations for accessory uses:

(1)

Customary uses that are secondary and incidental to principal uses, including restrooms, caretakers' residences, pavilions, boardwalks, and pedestrian/bicycle paths.

(2)

In association with agricultural uses, customary uses that are secondary and incidental to agricultural uses are permitted.
