§ 1-14. Alleged violators of certain municipal ordinances to be photographed and fingerprinted by charging municipal officer.

Latest version.

Any person alleged to have committed a violation of an ordinance of the City of Winter Haven, the potential punishment for which includes an escalating penalty for a first, second, third, fourth or subsequent offense, shall be digitally photographed and fingerprinted by the charging municipal police or code enforcement officer. Photographs and fingerprints shall be retained on file with the city's police department for identification use in either administrative or criminal prosecutions or code enforcement proceedings.
