§ 19-10. Plumbing installations and connection to city water including but not limited to reuse water, if applicable, and sewer service.

A city or county building permit is required for any plumbing installation which will be connected to the city water system including but not limited to reuse water system, if applicable, and sewer system. These plumbing installations shall conform to the requirements of section 5-191 of the Code and shall be inspected by the authorized representative of the city or county building department.
