§ 17-41. Definitions.

  • The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

    Multiple peril means a combination or package policy which includes both property and casualty coverage for a single premium.

    Property insurance means property insurance as defined in F.S. § 624.604, and covers real and personal property within the city.
