§ 15-141. Sale of cemetery lots, markers and burial accessories.

The City Manager, or his designee, shall establish interment space prices, interment fees, monuments costs and other cemetery charges at all cemeteries owned and operated by the City at his discretion taking into account the type of cemetery lot, interment services to be provided, residency of the purchaser, municipal costs associated with the maintenance and operation of said cemeteries, and relevant market conditions. To account for the rate of inflation a two and one-half (2½) percent annual adjustment shall be added to all fees and charges established by this section effective October 1 of each year. A schedule of such fees and charges shall be on file in the City Clerk's Office.
