§ 14-62. Billing for garbage and refuse only.

Bills for garbage and refuse only shall be considered delinquent if not paid by the fifteenth of the month following the month for which service is rendered. All delinquent accounts are subject to stoppage of service without notice. Service shall be resumed only upon payment of all accumulated fees and charges.
