§ 14-60. Fees

A fee schedule establishing all fees and charges relating to garbage and refuse service adopted as a part of this chapter is on file in the city clerk's office, and commencing on October 1, 2003, effective on the first October of each year thereafter, all fees and charges relating to garbage and refuse service shall be automatically increased two and one-half (2½) percent.
