§ 14-38. Bulky articles.

Prior to depositing refuse for collection in containers, the customer shall collapse all cardboard boxes and crates and shall ensure that the cover to the refuse container is tightly closed. If garbage or refuse has been placed in or around a container in such a way as to prevent it being emptied in the usual and routine manner, the container shall be considered inaccessible and the provisions of section 14-36(b) regarding inaccessibility shall apply.
