§ 14-34. Collection by city.

Latest version.

All garbage and refuse accumulated in the city shall be collected, conveyed and disposed of by the city government. No person shall collect, convey over any of the streets or alleys of the city or dispose of for a fee any garbage or refuse accumulated in the city without a temporary commercial collection permit issued by the city. The director of community services or other designated officer shall have charge of the collection of garbage and refuse in the city.
