§ 14-12. Enforcement.

Latest version.

Provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the city through the code enforcement board and/or citation process as set forth in chapter 2 of this Code. These shall not be the exclusive remedies, but shall be in addition to any other enforcement procedure permitted by law.
