§ 12-8. Hearing procedure.

The rules of the section 2-61 special master concerning appeals shall be followed. It shall be the responsibility of the owner of the property in question to show that the city's actions are without reason. The special master shall determine whether the appeal is justified. If not, the city shall proceed with the clearance.
