§ 12-5. Contents of notice.

The notice provided for in section 12-4 shall set forth the legal description of the property as is set forth in the latest tax roll prepared by the county, and shall specify a reasonable time in which the owner or agent of the owner shall abate the nuisance and clear the land. Such notice shall have attached thereto a true copy of this section. Included in the notice shall be the city's estimate of the cost of clearing the property and a statement informing the owner that all costs incurred by the city in clearing the property shall be billed to the property owner.
